When does this program start?
The program starts on June 1, 2026. Purchases made on or before May 31, 2026 do not count toward the accumulated quantity.
Which purchases count toward the 8-pair total?
Regular-price shoes, sale shoes and custom shoes count. Insoles, shoe care products, socks and other accessories do not count.
Do purchases from different Chamaripa sales channels count?
Yes. Purchases from the Chamaripa official website, Amazon, Walmart, eBay and Chamaripa private sales channels count after customer service verification.
Can orders from different people or accounts be combined?
No. Accumulated orders are limited to the same returning customer's own account or purchase records and cannot be combined across people or accounts. Verification may use customer name, phone number, email address, shipping address and other order information.

How is the free pair value calculated?

Customers may choose the free shoe style. If the selected shoe is higher than the average price of the 8 purchased pairs, the customer pays the difference. If the selected shoe is lower than the average price, no refund is provided.
Do returned or refunded orders count?
No. Returned or refunded products do not count. If a return happens after a free pair is redeemed, the corresponding valid accumulated quantity will be deducted and the gift must be paid for at its actual selling price.
